1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing KlosaMart, you agree to these terms.
2. Description of Service
KlosaMart is an online marketplace connecting customers with local vendors across Nigerian markets.
3. User Accounts
- Must provide accurate information
- Responsible for account security
- Must be 18+ to use the platform
- One account per person
4. Vendor Terms
- Must have valid agent referral code
- Must complete KYC verification
- Responsible for product accuracy
- Must honour confirmed orders
- Annual platform fee applies
5. Dispatch Rider Terms
- Must complete KYC including Guarantor
- Must deliver orders as accepted
- Annual platform fee applies
- Must enter correct delivery code
6. Customer Terms
- Pay agreed delivery fee
- Provide correct delivery address
- Share delivery code only with dispatch rider
7. Payments
- All payments processed by Paystack
- Platform fees are non-refundable
- Refunds subject to admin review
8. Prohibited Activities
- False information or impersonation
- Fraudulent transactions
- Harassment of other users
- Circumventing the delivery code system
9. Limitation of Liability
KlosaMart is not liable for disputes between users. We provide the platform but do not guarantee delivery outcomes.
